Benefits of Body Mind Psychotherapy Training
Would you like to integrate the body more into your work? Have you hit a wall in your ability to deepen? We can only share as deeply as we have experienced. BMP training begins and ends with cultivating our own felt bodily experience. We start with our unique Embodiment Practice. Practicing this over time allows us to understand our own bodies, emotions, and interactions more fully. On this basis of this we progress into developing more tools for observing the bodies of others, hypothesizing what we are observing physiologically, and using those tools to interact, share, and guide others more skillfully.
