This BODY is the play of MATTER, ENERGY, and CONSCIOUSNESS, constantly changing and evolving. Through EMBODIMENT, we come to experience our body as a DOORWAY into a deep connection with our core flow, with the physical world around us and eventually with all of existence.
We enter the PULSATORY world of the bodily self through the heart, which we can follow out into the pulsation of the earth, the biosphere, and the universe. We realize that we are inseparable from this whole, beautiful, EVOLVING UNIVERSE. We feel the continuity from this moment, the EMERGENT SELF, and the evolving universe.
THIS HIGHLY EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO DEEPEN OUR UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A PERSON WITH A BODY ON THE EARTH AT THIS MOMENT.
The devastating impact our species has on our beautiful living planet, and the harm we inflict on each other, arises out of a sense of separateness. This deep illusion of separateness results in a feeling of isolation and inadequacy.
Embracing our inner life in all its facets, allowing the body to teach us, move us, breath us, is a path of growth, adaptability, and resilience—the remedy for isolation and inadequacy.
We will practice together supporting our individual awareness to deepen and finding a felt sense of being in our rightful place, on the earth, and in the universe. And we offer our multi-dimensional embodied presence to others in service of their evolving journey.
WE BEGIN FROM WHERE WE ARE. WE COME TOGETHER TO SHARE OUR DESIRES, INTENTIONS, HEARTBREAKS, AND OUR WISDOM ABOUT THIS EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS IN WHICH WE ARE ALL ENGAGED. AND WE SUPPORT EACH OTHER TO GO FORWARD ON OUR INDIVIDUAL PATHS, IN SERVICE TO OUR WORLDS.
This workshop is for everyone who has a heartfelt desire to grow down into our roots, into our bodies in a real and life-giving way, and through our bodies into a deeper felt sense of connectedness with nature and all there is.
During this workshop, will work with various embodiment practices and facilitate emotional processes, as they emerge from our felt interior, creating a space of safety from where what is within us can be expressed and received by others. We will be working with our own interior as well as with others, in dyads, triads and group processes. We will also offer embodied and heart centered meditations along the way.

Susan Aposhyan is a psychotherapist and an international teacher of spirituality, somatics and psychotherapy. Susan is the author of three published books, Body Mind Psychotherapy, Natural Intelligence, and her latest book Heart Open, Body Awake. She has been working in private practice since 1979 and she has been teaching workshops in dance, meditation, and psychotherapy since 1978. Susan is dedicated to help humanity grow in compassion, awareness and integration of body, mind, spirit, and science.
Irene Tobler is a body-oriented therapist, classical homoeopath, Brennan Healer, group leader, and Earth Activist. Irene has been working in private practice since 1990 and has been teaching and training internationally since 1998. It is her passion and life’s work to bring together body-oriented approaches and spiritual work in service of Mother Earth and the larger Whole.
Irene is also the Founder of Trees&Circles Foundation, an initiative to support and empower women primarily in the global south, who are undertaking initiatives in service of protecting and restoring their land, using the methods and wisdom of their ancestors. A part of the income of this workshop will be donated to Trees&Circles Foundation.
